I love their expanded menu! The sushi plates and ramen are excellent. The food is so good it makes choosing a meal a tough treat.

We were very pleased with our sushi burritos. (Discovered sushi burritos in Vegas but these are better!) They were generously stuffed with ingredients of excellent quality. We could have shared one but stuffed ourselves silly instead. As noted by others, this is not fast food. Ordering ahead seems like the way to go. We ordered there to eat in, but they pack everything to go so you're not sparing the landfill anything. The shop is utilitarian and seems clean. We are happy to know we are just a couple of miles from delicious sushi.

This is update - i go in and eat Udon so cold rainy weather and rolls - then to go Sushi -Rex (Burrito sashimi style ) from non-spicy menu !! Fresh fishes and udon is much better with eat at the store than togo !! Service is always good and 4pm not many people so quick and great taste of cut roll This time tried spicy tuna but not spicy so i can eat - thanks

I ordered takeout today after not being back for a while (I was pregnant and couldn't eat raw fish) - it was every bit just as amazing as a year ago. I ordered the Champion and the Phoenix, and they're both DELICIOUS. They're so generous with the amount of fish in the burritos, it's honestly bewildering. The service is also great (they threw in miso soup for me!), and it looks like a fun and chill space for hanging out, too. Truly a hidden gem in La Crescenta.

Really fun concept of sushi, we (T1) STB and the (T2) T-Rex for dinner. Just wanted quick eats before heading to a night event and this was perfect! Filling, affordable, and healthy while being very tasty. Happy to find this shop in the La Crescenta area as there aren't too many options around for quick bites to just easily eat at home. Food was fresh, well sized, to-go service was excellent they remember their usuals!, and the ambiance of the store was simple and cozy. Would come again, especially as a great idea for picnics or bite before events which it was so perfect for. Wish they provided side sauce/drizzle we could order, maybe something to ask next time! (Ponzu, spicy mayo, eel sauce, etc like for poke)

I've honestly never been amazed by sushi burritos. They are typically overloaded with cheap ingredients and spicy mayo, and are not well proportioned to really allow the fresh fish to shine. This place changed my mind. I liked the sashimi rex. There were large, fresh cuts of sashimi, and a bit of rice-- not too much. The dipping sauce reminded me of the salad dressing you get at Korean restaurants, sometimes. Soy and chili sauce based, with a tiny bit of texture to elevate it. I would come back.

Been here a couple times and it's pretty good. Service is very nice and this appears to be a family run business. I really am hoping for its success. The prices seem a bit high for the amount of food, but that is thanks to our liberal state government. If you are looking for a sushi dinner, and don't want to travel far, this is def a place to try. You can eat here or do takeaway. Ordering is at the counter. There are about 5 tables inside, but they have never been packed
